# SOC 2

> Information about Govly’s SOC 2 program and available documentation

Govly has completed a SOC 2 Type I examination and is preparing to enter a SOC 2 Type II observation period in August 2026.

## Scope and Documentation

The report type, audit period, trust services criteria, and system scope are defined in the applicable report. Customers and prospective customers may request available documentation. Access may require a nondisclosure agreement.
