# Web Automation

> Managed procurement portal monitoring through Govly Secure Enclave

Govly provides managed monitoring of supported procurement portals. Secure Enclave web automation is available for organizations whose requirements align with Govly's C3PAO-assessed Secure Enclave environment.

## Overview

Our web automation service can monitor various procurement portals and automatically:

* Track new opportunities
* Monitor changes to existing opportunities
* Capture award information
* Download relevant attachments

## Secure Enclave Managed Service

Secure Enclave web automation is delivered as a Govly-operated managed service. Govly personnel provision and maintain each customer-specific workflow and provide operational support when changes or intervention are needed. Govly works with each customer to define supported portals, credentials, monitoring parameters, and delivery requirements; customers do not self-provision or administer the underlying service.

## Setup Process

1. Contact your Govly representative to initiate setup
2. Provide necessary portal credentials and access requirements
3. Define monitoring parameters and requirements
4. Review and approve the automation configuration
5. Monitor results in your Govly dashboard

## Security Considerations

* Define account access and monitoring scope with your Govly representative
* Review collected results and report unexpected behavior to support
