Email Integration

Govly provides enterprise customers with dedicated email addresses for automatic processing of opportunities and awards. This allows you to forward or redirect procurement emails to Govly for automated processing.

Standard Integration

Each organization is provided with a dedicated email address in the format:

[organization]@inbound.govly.com

Any emails forwarded to this address will be automatically processed, and relevant content will be stored as opportunities or awards in your Govly account.

CMMC Compliant Integration

For organizations requiring CMMC compliance, we provide a secure email address that routes through our CMMC-compliant enclave:

[organization]@secure.govly.com

This endpoint ensures all data is processed within our CMMC-compliant enclave, maintaining the necessary security controls and compliance requirements.

Setting Up Email Forwarding

  1. Identify the procurement email addresses you want to forward
  2. Set up forwarding rules in your email system to your Govly email address
  3. (Optional) Set up filters to only forward relevant procurement emails
  4. Monitor your Govly dashboard to ensure emails are being processed correctly

Best Practices

  • Test the integration with a few sample emails before setting up full forwarding
  • Use email filters to avoid forwarding irrelevant emails
  • Regularly review the processing status in your Govly dashboard
  • Contact support if you notice any emails not being processed correctly
